These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Taxperts Ltd's website and accounting outsourcing services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Taxperts Ltd provides accounting outsourcing services including bookkeeping, VAT return preparation, corporation tax, audit support, and company secretarial services. The specific scope of services is defined in your engagement letter or service agreement.
2. Fees and Payment
Our fees are as set out in your engagement letter or on our website at the time of engagement. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
3. Confidentiality
We treat all client data as strictly confidential. All staff sign comprehensive NDAs. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law, or as necessary to provide our services.
4. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. As a data processor for accounting data, we will sign a Data Processing Agreement on request.
5. Intellectual Property
All work product delivered to you becomes your property on payment of our fees. Our methodologies, templates, and internal processes remain our intellectual property.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately in cases of non-payment, fraud, or material breach of these terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
